Install the app
The portal installs as an app on Android and iOS. It runs full screen with its own icon, and updates itself whenever the portal changes, so it always matches the web version feature for feature.
Android (Chrome)
Open this site in Chrome, then menu ⋮ → Add to Home screen, or accept the install banner. Launch it from the new icon.
iOS (Safari)
Use Share → Add to Home Screen.
Certificate
This portal presents its own certificate authority. Install it once so the phone trusts the connection; without it the browser warns and installation is refused.
Android: Settings → Security → Encryption & credentials → Install a certificate → CA certificate. Android shows a permanent notice that a user certificate is installed; that is expected.
Notifications
Alerts are not delivered by this app. Critical alerts reach Telegram, and the
ntfy Android app subscribes to the cluster-alerts topic for everything else,
which survives the portal being unreachable.
